Awesome service! Patrick was great, he found a few leaks in our house that we wouldn’t have known were there using an infrared camera! The drone he used all was able to find hail damage on our roof. The inspection was extremely thorough and detailed. We also met Patrick there and he walked us through the inspection process and pointed out what he was looking for. I highly recommend Patrick and his business!!!!

Patrick Dean was the best inspector that I could have possibly hired. After being referred to him by a close friend of mine, he was able to find multiple issues with a new construction home that I was attempting to purchase, which allowed me to address the issues with the builder prior to closing. He is the most thorough and reliable inspector you could ever ask for! I would give him a 6 star review if I could.

Patrick was highly recommended by several friends. I am very pleased that I selected him for my home inspection. He was quick to return my call and respond. He got my home scheduled quickly and coinvent to my schedule. That eliminated some of my stress.
He was very knowledgeable in the construction of a home. He was very thorough in his inspection. I like that he sent detailed pictures of the issues with circling of the problem. He told me what the solution should be to each problem. Considering I know nothing about construction, that was very helpful.
I thought it was a perk that he is a retired firefighter. He is knowledgeable in fire hazards. Safety was his main priority! That means a lot since I am a single mother. His inspection will lead in the process of providing a safe home for my daughter.
